Your claim is reviewed by the Staingard support team to understand the issue and determine the most appropriate solution under your care plan.
Repair or Replace
If a repair or professional clean isn’t suitable, replacement parts will be arranged where possible. If parts cannot resolve the issue, a full replacement will be provided in line with your care plan.

FAQs
What is covered?
Accidental stains from everyday spillages such as food, drink and cosmetics, accidental damage including rips, tears and burns, and structural issues like frame or mechanism faults after your manufacturer warranty ends. It is designed to support your sofa when life’s unexpected moments happen.
What is not covered?
General wear and tear, gradual deterioration, deliberate damage, misuse, neglect and issues that arise from improper cleaning are not covered. Commercial use, pre existing damage and anything outside the terms of the care plan are also excluded.

You’ll receive confirmation of your Staingard Protect6 Care Plan by email after delivery, so please keep it safe for future reference. Your £29 professional cleaning kit will arrive shortly after delivery. You can submit service requests during the 6 year care period, subject to the plan’s overall value limit. There is no excess fee to pay, and Armour+ is a one-off payment with no annual renewal charges.
