How do i cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before dispatch. Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible or contact us via Whatsapp Live Chat for a quicker response!

If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a confirmation from us.

After the 48 hour window, we may be unable to cancel your order, as it could already be in processing or transit.
