When will i get my delivery?

Once your order is ready and dispatched, our delivery team or partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date with plenty of notice to prepare.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product. Some items are available with fast delivery, while made to order sofas take longer. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page.

How is my sofa delivered?

Most sofas are delivered by a two person delivery team. Some sofas may arrive in sections to make access easier.

What if my furniture does not fit on delivery?

We strongly recommend checking all measurements, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and access points before ordering. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges or return fees may apply.

Will I receive updates after ordering?

Yes. You will receive email updates as your order progresses, including confirmation and delivery scheduling.

Who do I contact if I need an update?

Will the drivers deliver to my room of choice?

Yes, all our sofas are delivered to your room of choice.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not entered production or dispatch, we may be able to help. Made to order items may incur a cancellation or amendment fee once materials or production have been allocated.

How do I know if a product is in stock or made to order?

Each product page clearly states whether an item is in stock or made to order, along with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Can I place an order for multiple items?

Yes. Multiple items can be ordered in one checkout. Delivery timelines may vary if items have different lead times.

Will my items be delivered together?

Where possible, we aim to deliver items together. If lead times differ, deliveries may be split.

Do Sofabase sofas come with a warranty?

Yes. All Sofabase sofas include a standard structural warranty for peace of mind.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the structural integrity of the frame and seating, subject to fair use. We do not cover normal wear & tear.

How long is the warranty cover?

Most sofas are covered by a standard 1 year warranty. Certain models include a 5 year warranty on the structural frame, and some Adorned sofas come with a 25 year warranty.

Does Sofabase offer an extended warranty?

Yes. We offer a 6 year sofa care plan in partnership with Staingard.

What is the six year care plan?

Our six year care plan provides extended protection against accidental damage and helps maintain your sofa’s condition over time. You can find out more here.

Is the six year plan optional?

Yes. The plan is optional and can be added at checkout.

Yes. You have fourteen days from delivery to decide if your item is right for you, subject to our returns policy.
