At Sofabase, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your sofa. If your order is not quite right, the following policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.

Before You Order

Sofas and large furniture items can be difficult to manoeuvre, so we recommend checking your room measurements, access routes, staircases and doorways before placing your order. Whilst most of our sofas are designed to fit through standard UK doorways, it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure the sofa can be delivered safely into the property.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit through your access points, our team will be happy to help review measurements before you order or read our measurement guide.

Can I return my sofa if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to cancel your order.

Do I need to keep the packaging?

Yes. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging with internal protection and all parts included.

Who pays for return delivery?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sofabase can arrange collection for £200 if required.

Will my delivery fee be refunded?

No. Original delivery charges are non refundable.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
