I find the sofa very comfortable with good back support in its regular position and I like the adjustable head rests. The thick arm rests are nice for leaning on. The extension is very smooth on my carpet with the remote control (you only get one to share), but if sitting with it extended you do have to slouch otherwise you end up sitting over the join between the back sections which is a bit hard which is where I've dropped a star. The fabric is nice and soft with a slight texture. It isn't completely taut (not really baggy, just not taut) over the seat cushions so I hope this doesn't affect the longevity as I suspect due to the style and sliding mechanism it might be tricky to re-cover. I can't comment on the longevity of the sliding mechanism as I have only just got it. I hope it lasts as it was a job getting it into my house. It comes in two halves with the headrests separate. Had a nervous week as I new my door was narrow. My doorway is 73cm and the delivery team JUST got the sections through at an angle with the feet taken off, but the room was open from there so if you have narrow corridors etc you might struggle unless you have a bigger door.

Just had ours delivered!

It is absolutely perfect, very comfy, comes with the Cushions in the images!

Perfect a a spare double bed if you have unexpected guests stay over!!

If your worried that this appears cheap, don't be, it is a bargain. it is a very heavy well made sofa, not at all a cheaper alternative. We saw a virtually identical models in DFS and Sofolgy for nearly £1000 more!

100% recommend if a power slider is your thing!

Smarter Use of Your Space

Corner sofas aren’t just about size, they’re about layout. They help define your living area, create natural seating zones, and make better use of corners that would otherwise go unused. Whether you’re stretching out or seating a full room, it just works.

In openplan spaces, corner sofas act as visual dividers, helping break up the room without the need for walls or bulky furniture.

Why Polyester Works So Well

Polyester is built for real life. It holds colour well, resists everyday wear, and doesn’t demand constant upkeep. That’s why it’s such a popular choice for family homes, rentals, and anyone who wants a sofa that looks good without needing attention every five minutes.

Polyester fibres are engineered to be resilient, helping fabrics maintain their structure and appearance even with repeated daily use.

Low Effort, High Reward Living

This is the kind of sofa you don’t have to think about. Spills, daily use, people jumping on and off, it handles it. Quick clean, minimal fuss, and it’s back to looking how it should. Exactly what most homes actually need.

Synthetic upholstery like polyester is less absorbent than many natural fibres, which helps slow down stain penetration and makes cleaning more manageable.

FAQs

Are polyester corner sofas good for everyday use?

Yes, polyester is one of the most practical upholstery choices. It’s designed to handle daily wear, resist fading, and hold its shape over time, making it ideal for high use seating like corner sofas.

Do polyester sofas feel soft or firm?

Polyester upholstery can vary depending on the weave, but most offer a balanced feel, soft enough to relax into, while still holding structure. It’s designed to stay comfortable without feeling loose or worn out too quickly.

Are corner sofas a good option for smaller spaces?

They can be. Corner sofas maximise seating by using space efficiently, especially in open plan layouts or rooms where you want to define a living area. Many of our designs are structured to fit snugly into corners without wasting floor space.
