I find the sofa very comfortable with good back support in its regular position and I like the adjustable head rests. The thick arm rests are nice for leaning on. The extension is very smooth on my carpet with the remote control (you only get one to share), but if sitting with it extended you do have to slouch otherwise you end up sitting over the join between the back sections which is a bit hard which is where I've dropped a star. The fabric is nice and soft with a slight texture. It isn't completely taut (not really baggy, just not taut) over the seat cushions so I hope this doesn't affect the longevity as I suspect due to the style and sliding mechanism it might be tricky to re-cover. I can't comment on the longevity of the sliding mechanism as I have only just got it. I hope it lasts as it was a job getting it into my house. It comes in two halves with the headrests separate. Had a nervous week as I new my door was narrow. My doorway is 73cm and the delivery team JUST got the sections through at an angle with the feet taken off, but the room was open from there so if you have narrow corridors etc you might struggle unless you have a bigger door.

Just had ours delivered!

It is absolutely perfect, very comfy, comes with the Cushions in the images!

Perfect a a spare double bed if you have unexpected guests stay over!!

If your worried that this appears cheap, don't be, it is a bargain. it is a very heavy well made sofa, not at all a cheaper alternative. We saw a virtually identical models in DFS and Sofolgy for nearly £1000 more!

100% recommend if a power slider is your thing!

This Is Where It Comes Together

At this level, you are not noticing compromises anymore. The size feels right, the comfort feels right and the sofa actually fits how you live your life. You can sit down and stay there for a full evening without having to adjust yourself every few minutes to find a soft spot.

Real Life Fully Sorted

This is for full use. Long evenings, weekends with the family, guests over and people stretched out everywhere. No one is fighting for space or perched on the edge. Whether it is movie marathons or just doing absolutely nothing, it works without effort and looks the part even when the room is messy.

Built for the Long Run

You are getting much stronger internal builds and cushioning that does not go flat. The fabrics are thicker and more resilient, meaning they do not wear out or go thin after a few months. It still needs basic care like a quick vacuum, but it is made for heavy daily use over years, not just months.

FAQs

Are sofas under £2000 considered high quality?

Yes, this is where quality becomes consistent across the board. You are getting stronger internal frames, deeper seating and high density cushioning that holds its shape over years of use. You are not cutting corners anymore; you are buying a proper piece of furniture.

What types of layouts can I get for under £2000?

This is the sweet spot for big layouts. You will find large corner sofas, full U shape sofas and spacious 3 seaters with all the bells and whistles. It is about having enough room for the whole family to sit together without anyone being squashed.

Is £2000 enough for a sofa that lasts a decade?

With normal use, these sofas are built to handle the long haul without losing their comfort. They use premium fabrics and reinforced structures designed for people who actually plan on using their lounge every single day.
