Booking Your Delivery
Once your sofa is dispatched, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. If the proposed date is not convenient, simply let the team know and we will happily work around your schedule.

Prepare For Delivery
Before ordering, please check your room measurements, access routes, staircases and doorways to ensure your sofa can be delivered safely. You can view our measurement guide for help measuring your space. If you are unsure, our team will be happy to help review measurements before you order.

Hassle-Free Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returned sofas must remain unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. For more information, click here.
