Care & Maintenance

Spills
Act fast. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing as this can spread the stain. For best results, use the Sofabase Care Kit designed for safe upholstery cleaning.

General Cleaning
Vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris. For marks or light stains, gently spot clean with a mild, tested cleaner. Avoid soaking the fabric as excess moisture can damage upholstery.

FAQs

Does the Cloud Core Khaki Sofa have electric sliding seats?

Yes. Cloud is a power slider sofa with electrically operated sliding seats. Press the button and the seats move forward to increase the seat depth, giving you more room to stretch out without needing a separate footstool.

Is a power slider sofa different from an electric recliner sofa?

Yes. Rather than using a traditional reclining action, the Cloud uses electric sliding seats that extend the seating area forward. This creates a deeper lounging position while retaining Cloud's modern bubble sofa silhouette.

What colour is Core Khaki and what interiors does it suit?

Core Khaki is a muted, grounded green that brings colour into a living room without feeling overpowering. It pairs particularly well with warm neutrals, natural wood, cream, black accents and earthy contemporary interiors.

Can I charge my phone from the Cloud Power Slider Sofa?

Yes. Built-in USB-A and USB-C ports let you charge compatible devices directly from the Cloud, so you can keep your phone or other everyday tech powered while using the electric slider sofa.

I find the sofa very comfortable with good back support in its regular position and I like the adjustable head rests. The thick arm rests are nice for leaning on. The extension is very smooth on my carpet with the remote control (you only get one to share), but if sitting with it extended you do have to slouch otherwise you end up sitting over the join between the back sections which is a bit hard which is where I've dropped a star. The fabric is nice and soft with a slight texture. It isn't completely taut (not really baggy, just not taut) over the seat cushions so I hope this doesn't affect the longevity as I suspect due to the style and sliding mechanism it might be tricky to re-cover. I can't comment on the longevity of the sliding mechanism as I have only just got it. I hope it lasts as it was a job getting it into my house. It comes in two halves with the headrests separate. Had a nervous week as I new my door was narrow. My doorway is 73cm and the delivery team JUST got the sections through at an angle with the feet taken off, but the room was open from there so if you have narrow corridors etc you might struggle unless you have a bigger door.

Just had ours delivered!

It is absolutely perfect, very comfy, comes with the Cushions in the images!

Perfect a a spare double bed if you have unexpected guests stay over!!

If your worried that this appears cheap, don't be, it is a bargain. it is a very heavy well made sofa, not at all a cheaper alternative. We saw a virtually identical models in DFS and Sofolgy for nearly £1000 more!

100% recommend if a power slider is your thing!
